The camera sits in front of a thermostat to reassure me that the heat is working in my home that is vacant during the winter. For $15 I have peace of mind. It was easy to download the app and get it connected to Wi-Fi. The other day I noticed it was off line and reached out to Leah in customer service for help. The support I received was wonderful and increased my peace of mind. We are back on line and all is well.

Perfect basic camera.

Easy to install (especially if you pay attention to the directions :) - Only had these for a short time, but the picture is crystal clear. I bought two, the 360 degree one to monitor the dogs and front door and the other to keep an eye on printing equipment. So far, so good! Now, I'm looking at the outdoor model for a better view of the delivery area.
