Stainless Steel Potato Crinkle...
This knife is constructed out of one piece of metal, which I prefer. For every day veggies, it works well and the crinkle cuts do hold oil and herbs better when air frying them. I gave the two kitchen tools that came with it away. Can't say enough for the quality construction of this knife!
I will say that I mainly ordered this for the knife, but the fact that it comes with more is a huge bonus for me as I would have been just as happy if it was only the knife. It has a nice weight to it and it's easy to clean as well of course. Great for adding some fun to your veggies.
I got this because I thought it was completely ridiculous. Is it? Yes. But it does work. I was able to make fancy cucumbers, fancy pickles, and crinkle cut french fries far more easily than I thought I would be able to. It's a very single-purpose item, but it does work. It is, however, and pain to sharpen. Most kitchen knife sharpeners simply won't work. A whetstone corner works, but it is a pain. If you use a Worksharp, you can sharpen it no problem. I think it is only worth having if you use a belt-type sharpener. Otherwise, it takes too much effort to sharpen.

Anyone liking raw veggies will love these. Great for buffet, salads and snacks. The large knife works like a chef knife for safety and consistency. Great for squash and cucumbers too.
