Manual Grill BBQ Fan...
works great
These work really well at stoking a flame than the traditional bellows. They’re much sturdier and hold up to regular use.
It's not the most solid piece of equipment. I leave mine outside (loosely covered) and it's developed more play in the handle over time. The fan also developed a grinding noise and there's a lot more friction when turning now. But it is so indispensable that I bought another one in case my original breaks.
I bought these on a whim, kinda -- we've been using a Ryobi high-power inflator to stoke our fire pit, but it's extremely fast and can blow ash all over everything. I ran across this while looking for something more appropriate, and added it to my cart based solely on the 4-star rating.Well, what I received is labeled as a "Hand Barbecue Hair Dryer" rated at 40 watts -- ha ha ha! Everyone I've showed it to got a good laugh. The components seem cheap, and nothing about this shows any level of quality. However, turn the crank and it makes plenty of wind -- exactly what it's supposed to do. The metal nozzle doesn't attach securely and slips right off with minimal effort, so I'll have to come up with something to make it stay on more permanently.I feel like it's way over-priced for the quality (I paid $20, should probably be less than $10), but it does work, so I'm happy enough with it.
This little jewel can get your campfire going like a roaring furnace! Gets the fire to flame and reduces smoke fast. Well made for the price.
